ownCloud allows you to organize files, that are stored in a cloud provided by the GWDG. The access is independent from location or device and available via web or client. The synchronized files can be shared with graduated access rights and – among others – collaboratively edited in the OnlyOffice integration.
Organize, share and edit files online
Stored files can be accessed from any location and on any device. The organization of personal or shared files is facilitated by sharing with graduated access rights via link or email. Assigning a password is optional. Files can therefore be organized and shared flexibly in different groups. External storages (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint, WebDAV or FTP) can be integrated.
OnlyOffice can be used to create and edit texts, tables and presentations collaboratively in the web interface. Common editing and design tools are available. Annotations, traceable changes and a version history support collaborative processes.
